A triumphant show was rewarded with an equally rousing after-party as Amanda Holden celebrated the West End launch of her new play on Tuesday evening.
But the actress suffered a wardrobe malfunction at the end of the night, when she inadvertently flashed a nipple while making her exit from London‘s Coutts Bank, following a press night showing of Richard Curtis’s stage comedy Stepping Out.
The top of her plunging white trouser suit gave way to expose a little more of her bosom than she’d intended as she climbed into a waiting cab to make her way home.

Just nipping out! Amanda Holden suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction while exiting an after-party for the West End launch of new play Stepping Out on Tuesday evening
And she appeared to be aware that that something was amiss while leaving the venue with her lookalike 11-year-old daughter Alexa, as she covered one of her breasts with her hand.
But she soon had to let go of her top once she boarded the waiting vehicle – unintentionally exposing herself in the process.
Earlier in the evening, things were a lot more composed for the TV personality, when she turned heads while arriving in the daring ensemble.
Something amiss: As she left the bash with her 11-year-old daughter Alexa, she appeared to be aware that her top was on the verge of letting her down, as she covered her breast
Oops! But her top eventually let her down when she removed her hand to board a waiting taxi
Daring choice: Even without the malfunction, the Britain’s Got Talent judge’s choice to go braless under her top proved to be a decidedly daring choice
Out in style: She held hands with her adorable daughter, who looked stylish in a red dress
Centre of attention: The TV star glowed as all eyes were on her over the course of the night
Great body of work: The 46-year-old’s ensemble flattered her enviably svelte physique
With a tapered jacket fully exposing her cleavage and cropped, high-slung and heavily pleated trousers rounding things off, the actress ensured she commanded attention.
Gold stiletto heels gave her ensemble a distinctive flourish, while a liberal layer of deep red lipstick offered an additional splash of colour.
Styling her dyed hair with a simple centre parting, Amanda beamed while posing for photos shortly after arriving alongside co-stars Tracy Ann-Oberman, Anna-Jane Casey and Nicola Stephenson.

Walking with the aid of a crutch, the actress, 46, revealed a large leg brace beneath her sweeping black evening gown as she chatted with fellow guest Nicole Appleton.
Speaking to Good Morning Britain about her injury in March, she said: : ‘I’m having another CT scan today to find out if there is any hairline fractures in there.
‘I really did just think it was going to be an infection. I was in a lot of pain… we were all dancing and having a brilliant time, I did a run through in front of the producers and half way through I was in a lot of pain.
‘It kept swelling up and then I couldn’t get through the run-through.I just said that, and was almost crying in pain.’
