Lauren issued a statement regarding comments about a ‘curse’
Nikita Kuzmin certainly had a fun Halloween with his partner Lauren Jaine as the pair spent the evening pumpkin carving.
The Strictly Come Dancing professionally shared a series of snaps of himself posing with Lauren and their pumpkins on Instagram.
Nikita could be seen smiling as he nuzzled into Lauren, who was proudly smiling at the camera.
“First experience carving pumpkins who do you think carved which one?” Nikita captioned the snaps, which quickly amassed several comments.
The sweet snaps come after Lauren issued a statement regarding comments about a ‘curse’ between the pro dancer and Amber Davies.
In a video posted on TikTok, she mimed scrolling through social media as she wrote: “Me watching all the cute tiktoks of all the strictly couples.”
She then shared her confusion over those hoping for the ‘curse’ to strike. “Please be respectful to the real-life partners and let them have a good experience of the show too,” she posted.
Lauren is not the only one to address claims of a ‘curse’. Amber said she spends more time with Nikita’s partner than he does.
“I love Lauren, Nikita’s girlfriend, so much. I text her all the time. All day, every day,” she told The Sun.
“Lauren spends more time with me than her fella. She actually came into my dressing room before she went to see Nikita [the other day]. I have stolen her.”

Unfortunately for Nikita and Amber, they ended up in the dreaded dance-off last week facing Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Lauren Oakley.
The pair were saved by all four judges and this week will perform the Viennese Waltz to I See Red by Everybody Loves an Outlaw.
Reflecting on the dance-off on It Takes Two, Uber shared: “I just felt awful that it was us that had to be a part of them being knocked out.
“I wasn’t sad because we were in the dance off, I was sad because I love him so much, and I love Lauren Oakley. Them as a team were amazing, and it’s just the worst feeling in the world.”
