Which HGTV Shows Are Returning in 2026? What We Know So Far
HGTV went through several ups and downs in 2025.
While the network continued to air new and returning shows featuring its biggest stars, it also faced backlash from viewers over the cancellations of several fan-favorite shows. Following the cancellation of Bargain Block in June 2025, HGTV fans had to bid farewell to series such as Married to Real Estate, Izzy Does It, Farmhouse Fixer, Battle on the Beach, Christina on the Coast, and The Flipping El Moussas.
Some stars from the canceled shows, however, will return to HGTV in 2026. Christina Haack will once against compete against Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa in Season 2 of The Flip Off, while Ty Pennington will return to host a brand-new season of Rock the Block.
Nearly one year after Alison Victoria announced Battle on the Beach‘s cancellation, HGTV has revealed that the show will return for a fifth season. Ty Pennington will return as a mentor alongside Mika Kleinschmidt and Sarah Baeumler.
Scroll down to see which HGTV series are set to return with new episodes in 2026.

The mentors will help two-person teams “transform lackluster beachfront vacation properties — and the biggest homes in Battle on the Beach history — into stunning waterfront escapes that deliver top reviews and top dollar,” per the season’s description. “Armed with $100,000, seven weeks and invaluable advice from their respected mentors, the teams will overhaul the dated digs while navigating unprecedented design challenges, including repurposing discarded roadside finds in their homes and swapping partners for the chance at additional prize money.”
