Amanda Holden Channels Bond Girl Vibes in Stunning Italian Beach Shoot
Amanda Holden, livin’ it up (Picture: Instagram)
If you were feeling some sort of holiday fomo then please don’t look at what Amanda Holden is up to.
The presenter has
remained in her element all summer, sunning herself on gorgeous European beaches, diving into crystal-clear pools, and giving us all a run for our money in the ‘who’s having a better time in the sun’ competition (there really is no competition when this woman is involved).
Enjoying yet another break in paradise while filming alongside Alan Carr, Amanda showed us all what she’s been up to.
In a series of shots posted to her social media this week, the
Britain’s Got Talent judge did a spot of modelling for Tess Daly’s bikini range, Naia Beach, in scenes straight from a postcard.
Reclining on rocks set in the water, Heart presenter Amanda, wearing shades, turned away from the camera and focused on something in the distance. Very serious, much pose.
She aptly captioned the shot: ‘#sicily #italianjob.’

Of course the comments were popping off, with Capital’s Sian Welby giving kudos to Amanda’s missed 007 chance, writing: ‘Wowwwwww absolute Bond girl.’
The whole Bond girl thing was only cemented more so in another shot Amanda, 51, shared of her walking out of the sea, which went alongside a photo of her gazing up to the camera and writing: ‘Here’s lookin’ at you.’

The star has very much earned some sun-soaked moments of respite while working hard alongside Chatty Man Alan, 49, having previously shared a snapshot into their downtime last week, after being joined by her two daughters, Lexi, and Hollie in Capri.
Alongside a shot of the pair taking a second for a snack as they sat on steps, Amanda wrote: ‘Life’s a peach. Work break.’
The pair are getting to grips with a crumbling property in Italy for an escapist new eight-part series for BBC One, perfectly titled Amanda And Alan: The Italian Job.
‘I’m Greek. The rest is just tragedy!’ – RHOSLC Season 6, Episode 3 SHOCKER as Lisa’s Lawsuit Drama HEATS UP!
Welcome to the recap for Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
Season 6, Episode 3. Last week, Mary had another one-on-one with her son, who admitted he was still struggling to remain sober. Meanwhile, Heather told Lisa that Bronwyn spilled the tea about Lisa’s lawsuits. This led to an epic showdown between them at a party held by Utah’s only socialite, Amy Steele. And Bronwyn bulldozed Lisa with ease while casually sipping champagne. But don’t count Baby Gorgeous out just yet. Here’s exactly what went down in Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6, Episode 3: “Dismissed.”

This week the Season 6 taglines dropped! And Angie killed it with her, “I am Greek. And the rest are just a tragedy.” She also kept with the Greek theme when she met with her dad to learn more about her heritage. The topic of family continued when Bronwyn shared the difficulty in caring for her father, who has Alzheimer’s. And finally, Lisa got the group together to shut down the rumors and nastiness about her lawsuits. But no matter how many poster board sized court documents she showed them with the word “dismissed,” the group just didn’t believe her.
Bronwyn and Todd still have some work to do

The showdown with Bronwyn was out of Lisa’s mind. Instead, she was focused on doing what she does best: channeling her inner Feng Shui to turn tables at just the right angle. She was having Steve Carell and Jason Schwartzman stop by Premiere Vida Tequila Lounge and had to pull out all the stops. Ben Affleck and Blake Lively must have been busy.
Lisa told her assistant to also confirm her luncheon with the girls. We cut to earlier, when Lisa met up with Amy to tell her her plans within plans. First, the “cool group” was going to meet up to go skeet shooting, and then she’d let the other girls, like Bronwyn, meet them for lunch. Amy noted, “That’s really big of you.” Lisa laughed, “I don’t know if it’s that big of me. Wait till you see what I have planned for lunch. I’m always a target, so it’s time to switch it around.”
Meanwhile, Lisa’s arch nemesis, Bronwyn, went for lunch with her husband, Todd. She was thankful he paid for her parents’ care. Her mom just had surgery and was staying with them, and they moved her dad to a care center because his Alzheimer’s was so bad. But Todd still looked uncomfortable with the cameras and seemed to want to hide under the table instead of chatting.
Interestingly, he perked up when Bronwyn said she wanted to make things right with Lisa. Nothing like some sh*t talking to bring a couple together. Bronwyn admitted she just wanted people to like her. Todd scoffed, “A lot of people don’t like you.” I know Bronwyn said Todd had been treating her better, but clearly there’s more work to do. Regardless, Bronwyn still wanted to make amends with Lisa. Todd quipped, “It’s unforgivable.”
Angie let her Greek flag fly

Angie popped by her dad Louie’s house for a visit. He was 89 years young, and Angie knew she had to make every day count. She said, “Every year when the roses come up, that’s my reminder that I got another year with my dad. I just still feel like a little girl that needs her dad.”
Over some coffee (Greek, of course) and fresh fruit (no Greek yogurt?), Louie shared old photos of him in Greece. He told a terrifying story of how the Germans came into his village as a child and burned down everyone’s homes. They soon left for America with nothing but the shirts on their backs. Angie was thankful for these stories, as they put her own life into perspective. And she hoped to be able to pass that “same love for being Greek” down to her daughter too.
Later on, Bronwyn had a totally different experience with her mom, Marge, AKA “Mozzi.” Her mom shared it was hard going through her husband’s things and deciding what to keep. Bronwyn knew that even though her dad’s decline was hard on her, it had to be ten times harder for her mother.
But the sympathy stopped there. When Bronwyn reminisced it took her a long time to get to where she was in life, her mom gave the credit to Todd. She said, “You needed Todd to support you.”
In her confessional, Bronwyn shared, “Sadly this is not the first snide comment my mom had made about me. I think I still really need approval from her … but I also wish that I didn’t.” And then her mom dropped another bomb. She said, “I hope you are going to be ok doing this because you’re going to go through it with Todd.” Awkward…
Heather and Angie were tired of Lisa’s bragging on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City

Heather wasn’t kidding when she said she couldn’t wait for her kids to leave the house. She had already cleared out their stuff and had started painting a room to be her “love den.” When Angie asked, “Is there going to be a TV in the corner and then handcuffs on the wall?” Heather wasn’t sure. But she was sure that she needed a place to write her next book that wasn’t her bed.
The two then dished on Amy’s party and all things Lisa. Heather stated, “We clearly have a friend who is either in financial distress or living a lie or is under attack because these lawsuits.” Angie added that she had compassion for Lisa but was tired of her bragging. Heather was all “same, girl, same.” Angie just wanted Lisa to tell the truth. But even if she did, would Angie believe her?
Well, we were about to find out. Over at the Blue Sky Lodge, Lisa had met up with the “A Team” of Heather, Mary, Amy, and Meredith for skeet shooting. Lisa told Heather, “This is the A Team, and the D Team will be at lunch.” Britani shouted in the distance, “But what about me?!”
Lunch was in a conference room that had giant poster boards of Lisa’s lawsuits with the word “dismissed” plastered on top of them. And some mega-sized photos of Lisa and John on a yacht for good measure. In her confessional, Mary said, “Well, I’m confused. And I’m going to stay confused, and I will leave confused.”
Lisa announced, “Today is all about me!” She added she wanted everyone to get clarity on the “accusations, misinformations, and lies.” When Whitney wondered what the poster boards clarified, Lisa shouted, “Dismissed, dismissed, dismissed!” This left even Britani speechless.

It didn’t take long for the group to start grilling Lisa. Angie asked about the mystery man who allegedly paid for Lisa’s things. Lisa denied all counts. A perplexed Mary wondered, “So, none of it’s true?”
In her confessional, Bronwyn said, “Lisa can photoshop ‘dismissed’ on any document she wants, but for the one case that is still open, Lisa and her lawyer are only denying the claims. That case is actually not dismissed.”
The group was still confused, so Lisa got up and made her pitch. Yes, the lawsuits happened, and yes, she will probably get sued again. She added, “But is there merit to it? No! Can anybody sue for anything? Yes!”
Angie tried to explain her frustration, but when Lisa called Angie a Jen Shah wannabe, this set her off. Lisa quipped Angie had the same: “Brow girl, lash girl, nail girl!”
Whitney realized she was heading into Friend of territory and decided to step it up. She shared they were tagged in these stories, so what were they supposed to think? Meredith then entered the chat and told Whitney there are a lot of allegations about her, but that doesn’t make them true. Suddenly the group was piling on Meredith for not defending Lisa.
But Lisa stood by Meredith’s side and went into attack mode on Whitney instead. The two went at it over their business practices, which ended in a screaming match and Whitney storming off. To be continued…
