Prince Harry’s 2-word response following heartbreaking sporting loss
The Duke of Sussex wasn’t in the country when England lost to Argentina, but when asked about the match, he gave his two-word verdict
rince Harry has joined the chorus of royals sharing their disappointment after England was knocked out by Argentina in a pivotal semi-final match.
Shortly after concluding his trip to the UK, the Duke of Sussex made a solo trip to the Time100 Sports Gala where he was asked by Page Six if he was disappointed with the result. “Of course,” Harry replied.
Although England will no longer be able to claim the ultimate glory, they will be hoping for third place when they take on France on Saturday evening.
Although Harry is known to prefer watching rugby, he’s previously confessed that domestically, he’s a fan of Arsenal FC. The royal also claimed that many members of the family backed the London-based team.
How did the royals respond to the loss?
Although Prince William didn’t head to any games during the tournament, reportedly prioritising his family, he was quick to share a message of support for the Three Lions following the result.
